All orders are forwarded the following day after the order is received. Domestic U.S. deliveries take approximately 3-4 days after receipt of your order. Depending on your shipment method during your online checkout, you may expedite an overnight delivery. TrendyEmpire also offers delivery services to countries outside the U.S. Please refer to your specified delivery options during your checkout.

- Returns & Exchanges
- Of course, we wish that you enjoy and are satisfied with the merchandise you purchase from TrendyEmpire. Nonetheless, if you are unsatisfied or would prefer a size exchange, please return your unused and unworn items within 7 days of purchase. A flat fee of $6.00 will be deducted from your order refund towards return postage. Simply re-pack your items in their original packaging, along with original tags attached. TrendyEmpire will not accept returns without their original tags. Please include the packing slip and send it to the address below using a trackable and insured shipping method.

When received, your return or exchange will be promptly processed. Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Allow one to two billing cycles for your account to be credited. Please note that shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product ordered is out of stock;
Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment;
Identification of a pricing or product description error.
When we receive your package we will promptly process the return or exchange (minus shipping costs). Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your account to be credited.
